HM Graphics is not just a company. We are a family of designers, engineers, production assistants and all other staffs. At our company, each one of our workers is responsible for the welfare and the safety of the entire team. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of work ethics and etiquettes.

Definitions

At HM Graphics, we consider that modern slavery encompasses the following:

• Human trafficking;

• Forced work, through mental or physical threat;

• Being owned or controlled by an employer through mental or physical abuse or the threat of abuse;

• Being dehumanized, treated as a commodity or being bought or sold as property;

• Being physically constrained or to have a restriction placed on freedom of movement

Commitment

We pledge to prevent any form of discrimination or harassment within our company. Our strict and impartial rules apply to every staff, ranging from the higher-ranked employees to the lowest ranking ones, in terms of job designation.

At HM Graphics, we do not tolerate any form of Modern Slavery, forced labour or human trafficking. We are entitled to make our working premises 100% safe for all the workers so that they can explore their talents and build their working portfolios further. We are committed to act and comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Actions

HM Graphics will:

• Support our staff to be aware of the risks of human trafficking and modern slavery and to act appropriately when any such risk is detected.

• Conduct due diligence on business partners within our supply chain.

• Adopt a proactive approach to reporting suspicions of hidden worker exploitation to the appropriate authorities.

• Encourage workers to report cases of third party labour exploitation, provide the means to do so and investigate and act on reports appropriately.

• HM Graphics accepts that job finding fees are a business cost and will not allow these to be paid by job applicants.

• As appropriate, designate managers to attend training on the prevention of labour exploitation who will have responsibility for developing and operating company procedures.

Scope of this Policy

This policy applies to all the employees and contractors of HM Graphics.

Responsibility for Implementation

The Board of Management of HM Graphics holds the overall responsibility for the implementation of this policy.
